Can i cure a puppy with parvo with a catheter and other prescribed meds?

Are you giving him anything for vomiting and diarrhea? The 2 main things is to keep him hydrated and try to keep him from vomiting. Are you giving him fluids under the skin or IV? If so then you should not give him anything to drink because that will cause more vomiting. You also do not want to offer him any food until he has stopped vomiting. He needs something very bland when it is time to eat again. Penicillin and Gentamicin are both antibiotics. I don't see anything for nausea. He needs something for nausea ASAP.
