Extremely gory/horrific/disturbing movies?

Depending on how far you go with this you could watch Slaughtered Vomit Dolls, or Salo, but of which are just entirely disgusting. A gory one that isn't all that disturbing is Hobo With a Shotgun, really campy. And a horror film that was pretty good was Dread.
