How do I tell my "friend" that he annoys me?

I would just tell him to go away sometimes, but I'm still in a lot of cles with him (and the same sports, and we're in a band together) and I see him a lot, so I don't want to completely break him off. See, he's a total follower, so whatever my other friends do, he wants to do (ex: I love Underoath, and when i told him that, he magically started liking them also). But it's not just that, he likes all the things I like, and it could either be a horrible coincidence or just him being a ____-off (you can figure it out). He calls me pratically everyday, he hates my girlfriend (and he's uncomfordably open about it; plus hee is a totally bad boyfriend to his, from my point of view) and tries to pull me away from her, and honestly, he just cusses too much to be healthy. Any help would be great.
