I don't know the title of this movie, can someone help?

Okay, so I only saw a little bit, here is some of it. There was a young girl about 13 with blond hair, and she was traveling with some guy to a farm, which was his dad.It had horses there. The two may have been related. In one scene she was smoking by a pool then jumped in while in roller skates. The girl had some flashbacks with her mother acting frantically. It was pretty snowy.
