What is your best clumsy moment?

Some years ago i was teaching my sister some rollerblading tricks. I could do a 360 spin (like a figure skater). I showed my sister how to do it and she was like i can do that watch me... I had just barely showed her when she was starting to spin . Instead of like keeping her feet to the side and complete the 360 spin.....she some how pointed her toes upwards and her heels downwards and made a sudden stop that caused her to fall real hard-chin down onto the cement. She started bleeding like crazy. I ran to get my dad and we rushed her to the ER. She received 15 stitches on her chin and was left with a tiny scar. She says it's a reminder to not Rollerblade ever again.
