Do they still make cheap costumes that come in a box?

remember those?I dont know when I quit seeing them.I know there used to be bart simpson ones.Some where made by ben cooper.You dont see them in walmart or anything...Im not looking for the ones on ebay,I just want to know if they still make them anywhere?
