If I can refuse to allow motorcyle helmets in my shop can I refuse to allow niqab?

I cannot talk to women with this ridiculous face covering, it has no place in European society. For insurance purposes I am advised to request couriers remove their crash helmets before entering my shop, can I do the same with women who cover their faces or will I get the thought police on my case.
