It feels like the end is near for me!?

im pretty sure you had a panic attack. they can come sometimes for no real reason at all. just make sure to take deep breaths, close your eyes, and count to ten. it helps calm you down. if this happens again i would suggest going to your doctor and telling them about it. they might suggest medication, maybe not. but they will help you more than you think they can.
