Now that JohnEdwards has officially endored Barak Obama, does Obama get the 19 pledged delegates that had bee?

They are not legally or rule-bound to pledge their votes to Obama. They can individually chose whichever candidate they'd like. But it's widely expected that they will pledge their votes to Obama with Edwards' urging.
