Ok i have nothing for breakfast theres no time in my day, lunch i have a ham, cheese, and mustard on wheat bread with water- bout 350 cal, then between that i have a snack like melon or strawberries or gs, then i work out for 40 min burn 500-600 cal. then i have cereal for dinner, or i have somtihng like spaghetti is that ok will i loose weight
