What are the chances to have a baby after a vasectomy?

My husband had a vasectomy 7 years ago. Now we are thinking of having another baby. We dont know if it would even be worth it to get a reversal after 7 years. We both have 2 kids but we want one together. We have not made up our mind yet on the subject I was just doing a little research on the matter.
