What types of program can I delete for Acer Aspire?

If your looking at going into "msconfig" and removing from start up, then Cisco programs can be unchecked, are about it. Screen saver, that can be turnoff from desktop, but will be part of Acer Operating System, so really can't delete, without the possibility of corrupting the Operating System. But there are a lot of programs that don't need to start up, and you can opt for a shortcut on desktop. Theoretically all you need to stat up is your Operating System, Anti Virus, Anti Malware, and system files ociated with Operating System, the rest are a convenience, like mail etc, that is if your after a fast boot up? But if you not sure or don't know how to get into msconfig, leave it alone?
