I have a maruti alto Lxi,while driving i missed a big humb and right side both front and back wheel went over?

it,immediately after this i could here noise(tak...tak...) coming and when i drive at 80Km/hr i could feel the shaking(Not so smooth).is it a wheel alignmet problem?
