Please Help! Have a BIG problem!!?

Okay so I just moved into my first apartment and their decent apartments low rent and in a decent neighborhood I guess. When I first saw the apartment I liked it alot n applied for it. So I got it and after I signed my 6month lease the manager goes oh by the way if you see a roach let us know we have people here who arent clean so you might see them. She said we just sprayed your apartment so your good. So im thinkin wth u serious. So I took her word about my place being okay..first week didnt see nothing just a few dead ones. Second week starting seein one here n there. So I told the manager they came n put that glue stuff around the house n said we should be okay now. So I went abd bough hella roach traps n put them everywhere. I just bought some boric acid n started puttin around the house. Well lately ive been seeing more then one and babies. Im seriously a clean *** person and have two sons I dont need them or myself living like this.obviously they sprayed before we moved in and it didnt work and they used glue two weeks later and that still didnt work. I dont know what to do im stressed the hell out and just want to move asap!! What can I do!!!
