I'm scared about my medication...?

I was given pencillen for a chest virus 5 days ago and i havnt taken it properly. ive been too little or at the wrong times. my mum says i may have built an immunity to it which could be really dangerous. ive done this before with antibiotics by mistake... and my chest virius is still there :/
