Motorcycle chain master link clip on?

ive always used clip ons and never had a problem. you could super glue the clip if you afraid it will come off, but any chain problems ive had did not have anything to do with the master link. but if you do big jumps i can understand your concern. but if the chain is adjusted for the right slack i would be more worried about blowing a rear shock on landing or many other things, you gotta think of it like this. the clip on has been around how long??
