My 13 month old likes to Clean!!!?

I do not know why but he is weird about cleaning! He always wants to play with the broom. He takes baby wipes and wipes down the counters and his high chair. He also always rubs his hands together like he is washing his hands. I didnt know if its a phase or something. Its acctually pretty cute. Anyone elses kids do this?? :-)
